Newmark Property Investments was established in 1995 by Mark Goldbart. Greg Cohen joined the company as a director in 2007 after spending 8 years in retail agency and development. The company specialises in acquiring investment and development opportunities, throughout the UK.

Over the last fourteen years a substantial portfolio of predominantly commercial investments  have been built up and retained in tandem with an ongoing residential and commercial development programme.

The company has developed strong relationships with its funders and has formed many succesful joint ventures.

We will continue to concentrate on our strengths, specifically an ability to make immediate decisions and affect swift acquisitions in all sectors of the market, commercial, residential, investment and development.
