The ground floor unit is circa 3,000 sq ft. The residential units are a mix of 1, 2 and 3 beds.
The existing building was in employment use throughout. Planning permission was granted to change the use of the upper floors to a mix of office and 9 residential flats, with a flexible A1-A5 permission on ground floor. A permitted development permission was subsequently achieved on the remaining office space to convert to residential. The residential flats were sold off on long leases and the ground floor let out.
