The site currently occupied by Matalan and Stellisons, located half a mile away from Ipswich station.
Together the units provide approx. 50,000 sq ft (Matalan 30,000 sq ft and Stellison’s 20,000 sq ft).
The Matalan unit was vacant for a number of years and it was refurbished and let to Matalan. Following Matalan’s occupation the adjoining unit, formerly a car showroom, obtained a wider planning permission for use as a retail unit with additional mezzanine floorspace before being sold on a long lease to Stellison’s as owner occupier.
