Parker Tower is a vacant office tower located on Parker Street adjacent to Kingsway. Parker Street runs parallel with Great Queen Street through to Covent Garden. The building consist of basement parking, a two storey podium building (which houses office uses and a vacant pub) and a 13 storey hexagonal office tower above.

The gross area of the current buildings is 90,000 sq ft including basement space.

Planning permission was granted in December 2014 for a conversion and re clad of the existing tower to residential including an additional two storey residential extension, with 4,000 sq ft of office accommodation at ground and first floor.
