Scunthorpe Retail Park DN15
The park is situated to the north of Scunthorpe town centre and is now home to The Range, Home Bargains, Iceland, Matalan, Maplin, 99p Stores etc.
The retail park provides for approximately 165,000 sq ft of retail floorspace.
The site was purchased predominantly vacant and unmodernised. The planning history allowed for an open A1 use class operators at the site. The units were refurbished and subdivided to suit tenant demand and requirements. A number of national retailers now operate from the park.
