Tariro House N16

The building was a former secure residential facility for health and social care services which was surplus to requirements. The original building was a Victorian bank, with a later unsympathetic extension added in the later 1990s. The site has a prominent position facing onto Newington Green, which is fast becoming one of London’s most sought after residential locations.

The existing building is 8,200 sq ft gross internal area.

A Planning application was granted to convert the building into 9 residential flats, by retaining the handsome Victorian element to provide 4 duplex flats and penthouse. The 90’s extension was remodeled with a sensitively designed scheme providing a further 5 units.

The works were completed in May 2017 with all 9 flats successfully let on AST’s June 2017.
